Tofu Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Cashew mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Drained crumbled tofu 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth.
