What would one do without mayonnaise!! Here is a brilliant Homemade Mayonnaise recipe! This delicious Homemade Mayonnaise is sure to astonish you with its yummy flavor!
  Egg yolks 2
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash

1. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, combine all ingredients except olive oil. At high speed, add 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 teaspoon at a time; then, still beating, very slowly pour 3/4 cup oil in thin, steady stream into mixture; continue beating until thick and smooth. Pour mayonnaise into small bowl; cover and refrigerate.
