Ingredients
  Egg yolks 5
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg yolks and mustard at medium speed in electric mixer until thick.
Very slowly pour in olive oil alternately with lemon juice and continue beating until thick, field.
