|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Spicy mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place egg, vinegar, salt, curry powder, mustard and pepper in container of a food processor or electric blender.
Process until blended.
Slowly add oil, a few drops at a time, then faster until mixture is thick and smooth.
