Easy Garlic Mayonnaise

  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon, squeezed

Combine egg, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, and 1/4 cup oil in blender container; blend thoroughly.
With blender running, very slowly add 1/2 cup oil.
Gradually add lemon juice and remaining 1/4 cup oil; blend until thick.
Occasionally scrape sides of bowl
