|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Teaspoon|
In blender place egg, sugar, paprika, mustard and vinegar.
Blend a few seconds, and with the motor running, gradually pour in salad oil, blending until smooth.
Flavor variations: Before serving mayonnaise stir in lemon juice and a bit of the yellow peel to taste or a few drops of hot pepper sauce.
