Water 1 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Juice of lemon 1/2
Neutral oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste



In a jar, add in all the ingredients and blend until creamy.

Season with salt and mix well.
