Egg yolks 2
Vegetable oil 500 Milliliter
White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Mustard 1 Teaspoon



In a jar, add in the yolk, some oil and mustard whisk with a hand blender until it’s a little thicker.

Add in the white wine vinegar and whisk again gradually adding the oil really slowly, until it’s emulsified and thick in texture.


Add in your favorite salad and toss well.
