Ingredients
  Cumin seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper corn 1 Teaspoon (Use Whole Ones)
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mango powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 2
  Aniseed 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon piece 1⁄2 Inch
  Rock salt To Taste
Directions

Dry roast all the ingredients except the red chilly and dry mango powders, till you get a mild aroma.
Grind to a fine powder in a dry grinder.
Then mix in the rest of the ingredients and grind again.
This has to be a superfine powder.
If you wish you can sieve it to get the right texture.
Cool and store in an air tight.
