The Masala dish is a spicy and well loved dish at home. The explosive flavors of this popular dish is simply incomparable. Try this wonderful Masala recipe
  Ginger 5 Teaspoon
  Boiled potatoes 200 Gram
  Green chilies 10
  Butter/Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black pepper 3 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Black cumin powder 4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Amchur 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 5 Teaspoon
  Chopped green coriander 4 Teaspoon
  Lemons 3
  Tomatoes 250 Gram
  Grated nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White cumin powder 3 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamoms 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black salt 5 Gram

Mix lightly three-fourths of the ground ingredients, small pieces of potatoes, long slices of ginger and chopped coriander leaves in chana.
Heat the ghee and pour over chana, then add 1 cup of boiling water and mix well.
Put the vessel on very low fire for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the rest of the ground spices before serving.
Decorate with green chillies and tomato pieces.
