|Salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (I Used Planters Spanish Peanuts)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Medium|
|Tomato||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper powder||1 Pinch|
|Lemon juice/Lime juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Can Use More Or Less As Per Your Taste)|
Chop Onion, Tomato and cilantro finely.
put them together in a bowl. Add oil, chilli pwd, pepper and toss well
Add the peanuts and lemon juice. Mix it well. Season with salt.
Enjoy it as a starter.
( NOTE: be careful not to put excess salt as the peanuts which are being used are salted ones )
