Ingredients
  Medium sized round gourd 300 Gram (tinda)
  Roasted peanut powder 100 Gram
  Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon (for garnish)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

wash and peel the gourd(tinda), cut into 1 inch size.
heat oil then add hing, cilli powder, and turmeric, coriander powder and saute it, then add peanut powderand mix well.
then add little water and saute for 2 minute.
add round gourd (tinda) ,garam masala and if required then add water and simmer for 5 minute.
after that you add salt and keep on simmer till tinda is tender.
garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
