Masala Raan

Ingredients
  Mutton leg 1 1⁄2 Kilogram, to be pierced well with a fork and marinated for 8 hours in beaten yoghurt, salt and garam masala powder
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs), beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Garam masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 6 Tablespoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, grated
  Tomatoes 3 Large, ground
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat 4 tbs ghee.
Fry leg well on all sides till browned.
Add 3 cups hot water.
Cover and cook till tender.
Heat two tbs ghee.
Add onion and fry till light brown.
Add in chilli, salt, garlic and ginger.
Fry 2-3 mins., add tomatoes.
When it boils, put in the meat and fry well till thick masala is formed.
Serve whole, garnished with fried finger chips, boiled peas and sliced hard boiled eggs.
