Bamboo Shoot Masala

Ingredients
  Boiled bamboo bark 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Red chilies 3
  Cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 5
  Chopped tomatoes 3 Medium
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed garlic flakes 6 Small
  Pepper 5
  Cinnamon 1 Inch
Directions

Heat oil, fry ground masala and crushed garlic till oil surfaces, then add tomato and salt, simmer till tomato is soft.
Stir in the bamboo, add 1/4 cup hot water.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins., till vegetable is dry.
Serve with phulkas.
