Northern Prawn N Pea Masala

Ingredients
  Shelled prawns 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shelled peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red chilies 8
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Coriander seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 12
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Minced tomato 1 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Cardamoms 2
  Cloves 6
  Cinnamon 1 Inch
  Peppercorns 8
Directions

In a pan, heat oil and fry prawns light brown and remove.
In the same oil, fry onions golden.
Add masala and fry.
Add peas and fry 2 mins., then add tomatoes.
Continue to fry till tomato and masala form a thick gravy.
Add 2 tbs hot water at a time as you fry if masala tends to stick to pan.
Add salt and prawns.
Cover and cook on a slow fire till peas are tender.
Serve with purees.
