Ingredients
  Peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced onions 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Tamarind puree 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Molasses sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

Add all spices to squeezed flesh of one coconut, with peanuts.
Stir over gentle heat until the coconut browns.
Cool and bottle.
Keeps for months.
