Boondi In Masala Yogurt

Ingredients
  Natural yogurt 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White cumin seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried red chilies 3
  Boondi 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Directions

Whisk the yogurt and add the salt, sugar, water, ground coriander, chilli powder and chopped coriander and set aside.
Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the onion seeds, white cumin seeds and dried red chillies.
Remove from the heat and set aside for a few seconds while you pour the bundi into the yogurt and mix it in well.
Pour the oil dressing over the yogurt mixture and serve.
