Traditional Valsad Masala Dry

Ingredients
  Ginger 1 (4 Inch)
  Garlic 1
  Turmeric powder 2 Teaspoon
  Dry red chilies 15
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 (2 Inch)
  Cloves 7
  White cardamoms 6 , peeled
  Black peppercorns 10
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Pound all ingredients and store in an airtight glass jar.
It can be kept for 5-6 days, and longer in the refrigerator.
