Ingredients
  Ginger piece 4 Inch
  Garlic pod 1
  Turmeric powder 2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 15
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon piece 2 Inch
  Cloves 7
  White cardamom 6 , peeled
  Black peppercorns 10
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind all ingredients and store in an airtight glass jar.
This will only stay for 2-3 days, and a little longer in the refrigerator.
