Devji's Masala Ni Boomla

Ingredients
  Boomla 12
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Tamarind 2 Tablespoon, infused in half cup water (Size Of 2 Large Limes)
  Salt To Taste
  Sesame seed oil 4 Tablespoon
For grinding together
  Green chilies 4 , seeded
  Ginger piece 2 Inch
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dried red chilies 5 , seeded
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 Large
  Cloves 3
  White cardamoms 3
  Black peppercorns 4
Directions

Clean fish by removing heads, fins and bone jutting out above tail of fish.
Remove insides without tearing the soft skin.
Wash well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add ground spices and saute for 1-2 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
Add strained tamarind juice, and simmer till gravy is thick.
Add fish and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add coriander leaves and rotate pan to mix.
Do not stir with a spoon, in case fish breaks.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
Serve hot with rotlis.
