Ingredients
  Cumin seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coriander seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fenugreek seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Carum seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green cardamom 8 , seeds removed from pods
  Whole cloves 10
  Whole black peppercorns 2 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 4
  Cinnamon stick 3⁄4 Inch
Directions

Grind all the spices to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
It will stay fresh for months.
