Masaila Arhar is very delicious and healthy. The curry leaves and red chillies gives the Masaila Arhar a prefect taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted and ground cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped curry leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic ginger 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Red chilies 2 , broken
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Arhar dal 250 Gram, washed and soaked for 15 minutes and drained
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave covered in a deep bowl oil, cummin seeds, curry leaves, garlic and ginger, chillies and onion for 3 minutes.
Add arhar dal, turmeric powder and water and microwave on medium 70% power for 30 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes and then mix in salt and tomato.
Microwave further on medium 70% power for 6 minutes.
