Ingredients
  Coriander seeds 500 Gram
  Desiccated coconut/Grated copra 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame 100 Gram
  Asafoetida 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 100 Gram
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon pieces 2 (2 Inch)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dry roast the coconut on a low Flame.
Dry roast the sesame too, separately, on a low flame.
Then roast the rest of the ingredients, except the asafoetida, in oil.
Transfer these to a plate and in the same pan saute the asaioetida.
1 Grind together the whole lot in the dry grinder to a fine powder.
Leave to cool and store in an air tight jar.
