1) Heat corn syrup, butter and chocolate until completely melted and when it just starts to boil remove from heat and pour over cereal.
2) Once coated, add marshmallows and continue to combine.
3) Spread in a greased 9 by 13 dish and let sit for 1 hour at room temp or in the fridge for 30min.
