Baked Pears With Marshmallows

Ingredients
  Canned bartlett pear halves 20 Ounce (No 2 Tin)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , sliced paper thin
  Marshmallows 6
Directions

Place drained pears in a baking dish with 1/3 cup of their juice.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over pears.
Place a paper-thin slice of lemon on each pear half and a marshmallow on top of the lemon slice.
Place in a moderately hot oven (400┬░ F.) for about 5 minutes, or until marshmallows are delicately browned and pears are heated through.
Serve immediately, pouring the juice left in the baking pan over the pears.
The leftover juice may be used in other foods.
