Baked Sweet Potatoes Marshmallow has a fine taste. Baked Sweet Potatoes Marshmallow get its taste from potatoes mixed with eggs and milk, topped with marshmallow. Marshmallow is inspired by many food chains worldwide.
Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Large (8 Small)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sweet milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Marshmallows 8 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Boil the potatoes until soft, let them cool, peel them, and mash them in a bowl.
Add milk, butter, salt, and sugar, stirring until fluffy.
Add cinnamon and eggs.
Mix well, place in a large Pyrex dish, and bake in a 350° oven until brown.
Take out, cover with marshmallows, and brown quickly in the broiler.
If you haven't a very large baking dish, you may have to use two smaller ones.
