Baked Sweet Potatoes Marshmallow
|Sweet potatoes||4 Large (8 Small)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Marshmallows||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
Boil the potatoes until soft, let them cool, peel them, and mash them in a bowl.
Add milk, butter, salt, and sugar, stirring until fluffy.
Add cinnamon and eggs.
Mix well, place in a large Pyrex dish, and bake in a 350° oven until brown.
Take out, cover with marshmallows, and brown quickly in the broiler.
If you haven't a very large baking dish, you may have to use two smaller ones.
