Easy Orange Marmalade
This recipe for orange marmalade is a cooked recipe prepared with oranges and grapefruit. Combined together and boiled with lemon juice for flavor, the orange marmalade can be sealed and stored for later use.
|Cold water||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Sugar||8 1⁄2 Cup (136 tbs)|
Slice fruit thin and cut in small pieces.
Add water and boil for 1 hour or until fruit is soft.
Add sugar and boil for 45 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Boil until thick and 2 drops fall from spoon when tested.
Pour into glasses and seal with paraffin.
