Marmalade Noel

The marmalade noel is a mixed fruit and sugar marmalade. Prepared by boiling pineapples, oranges and lemon together with with water and sugar, the marmalde noel is can be sealed and stored for later use.
Ingredients
  Oranges 3
  Lemon 1
  Crushed pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Pound
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cherries 7 Ounce (1 Bottle)
Directions

Wash fruit, then peel very thin.
Scrape white from peel and remove all membrane.
Chop fruit and peeling or grind in food chopper.
Add pineapple, sugar and water.
Boil slowly for 1/2 hour.
Add cherries.
Pour in jars and seal with paraffin.
