Maraschino Cherry Marmalade
|Maraschino cherries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fruit pectin||2 Ounce|
Combine lemon juice with 1/2 cup water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients except pectin; bring to a boil.
Boil, stirring con- stantly, for 2 minutes or until syrup sheets from spoon; stir in pectin.
Ladle into hot sterilized glasses; seal with paraffin.
