|Ground carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced and rind grated|
Mix carrots, lemon rind and orange rind; stir in 4 cups water.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Measure carrot mix- ture; add lemon juice, orange juice and sugar to equal carrot mixture.
Simmer, stirring frequently, until glazed and thick.
Pour into sterilized jars; seal with melted paraffin.
