Combine apricots, lemon juice, pineapple, and sugar with 4 cups water; blend well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 25 minutes or until mix- ture comes to a rolling boil.
Boil rapidly for 35 min- utes or until syrup is clear and thickened.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
