|Sliced orange peel||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped orange pulp||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Peel and pit peaches; chop coarsely.
Combine peaches, orange peel, lemon juice, orange pulp and sugar in large kettle; bring to a boil, stirring con- stantly, over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Boil rapidly, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until mixture is clear and thickened.
Pour into hot steril- ized jars; seal with paraffin.
