1. In a bowl, add apricots and soak them in little water. Leave them overnight. Drain the apricots and then mince them coarsely along with peeled oranges. Limit the oranges to 3 if they are very juice, otherwise the marmalade will become too runny. Mince the lemons and combine it with sugar and combine it with apricot mixture. Leave the mixture aside for about half an hour.
2. Blend the mixture in hand blender for about 5 minutes until the sugar starts dissolving. The mixture should not be overblend otherwise it will lose its texture.
3. Spoon the mixture to dry and clean jars and seal them with cellophane discs.
4. Serve the raw marmalade after spreading over bread.
