|Whole navel oranges||2 , coarsely chopped|
|Chopped dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple juice concentrate/Orange-juice concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place the oranges and dates in a food processor and finely chop with on/off turns.
Transfer to a 2-quart saucepan.
Add the apple-juice or orange-juice concentrate.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
Cook, stirring frequently, for about 15 minutes, or until the rind is tender and the marmalade is thick.
