Uncooked Orange Marmalade
|Dried apricots||1 Pound, soaked overnight in hot water to cover|
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Granulated sugar||5 Pound|
Wash oranges and lemon well; remove seeds and as much white pulp as possible.
Grind fruit, peel and all (drain apricots prior to grinding).
Mix fruit with undrained pineapple; add equal amount of sugar.
Place in refrigerator; stir daily for 3 days.
Marmalade may be put in pint jars for gifts.
Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
