Green Tomato Marmalade
|Green tomatoes||4 Pound|
|Lemons||3 , thinly sliced|
|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Core the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Cook the lemons in a small amount of water until tender.
Combine the tomatoes, lemons and remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Boil until the tomatoes are soft.
Pour into hot pint jars and fit with lids.
Process in boiling water in a waterbath canner for 10 minutes.
