Scones With Marmalade

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange marmalade 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift the flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt together into a bowl and cut in the margarine.
Stir in enough buttermilk to make a stiff dough.
Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
Roll out half the dough at a time to a circle 1 inch thick, then cut into wedges.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
Serve with marmalade.
