1. Mix 1/4 cup marmalade and the orange juice in square dish, 8x8x2 inches, or round dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches. Arrange pears, cut sides down, in mixture in dish. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 7 minutes or until almost tender when pierced with fork. Let stand covered 3 minutes. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until slightly chilled.
2. Swirl sour cream and 1 tablespoon orange marmalade; spoon over pears. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
