Apple And Raisin Marmalade
|Chopped peeled cored apples||2 Quart|
|Sugar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raisins||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring slowly to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 45 minutes or until thick.
As mixture thickens, stir to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
