Apple And Raisin Marmalade

Ingredients
  Chopped peeled cored apples 2 Quart
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring slowly to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 45 minutes or until thick.
As mixture thickens, stir to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
