Wild Apple Marmalade

|Granulated sugar||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Apples||2 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, cored and thinly sliced|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Lemon rind||3 Tablespoon, thinly sliced|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bring sugar and water to boil.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Stir in citrus rind and thinly sliced apples.
Simmer 1 1/4 hours over medium heat.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; seal with paraffin.
