Wild Apple Marmalade

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Apples 2 1⁄2 Pound, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Lemon rind 3 Tablespoon, thinly sliced
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Bring sugar and water to boil.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Stir in citrus rind and thinly sliced apples.
Simmer 1 1/4 hours over medium heat.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; seal with paraffin.
