Pear N Almond Marmalade

Ingredients
  Pears 10 Cup (160 tbs), sliced
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 2
  Lemon 2 , juiced
  Slivered white almonds 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

In a large saucepan, alternating ingredients, pour pears, sugar, juice, lemon peel and almonds.
Add ginger.
Bring to a boil.
Stirring often, let mixture boil uncovered 45-50 minutes until thickened.
