Shrimp Marinara

The end result of this Shrimp Marinara is simply awesome. The well flavored shrimp dish leaves a memorable after taste. You have to experience the Shrimp Marinara dish to understand what I am talking about.
  Shrimp 2 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed fine
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Small, chopped
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

In large skillet saute shrimp in oil on moderate heat.
When lightly browned, add onion, garlic, salt, and bread crumbs.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring to blend.
Add tomato and oregano.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Last, add sherry and water; simmer for 3 minutes more.
Serve hot.
