Neapolitan Pizza Marinara

Ingredients
  Pizza base 1
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Chopped oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Flat anchovy fillets 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 400 degrees.

MAKING
2) With half of the olive oil, brush the dough in the pizza pan. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese all over.
3) Peel the tomatoes and seed them. Drain and cut into neat slices.
4) Arrange the tomatoes over the dough.
5) Over the tomatoes, arrange neat strips of anchovies and thin slices of mozzarella.
6) With the remainder of the oil and parmesan cheese, sprinkle the contents in the pan.
7) Bake in the preheat oven for about 25 minutes till the crust is golden.

SERVING
8) Serve after cutting into 8 wedges.
