Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (To Coat Pot)
  Whole tomatoes 10 Ounce (Italian Style)
  Pepper red 1
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  White wine 1 Dash
  Butter 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

COOK 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
This is a good sauce for topping pasta, for parmigiana, for veggie lasagna.
