Spicy Marinara Sauce
|Liquid butter buds/Fat-free chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Crushed red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Whole tomatoes and juice||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon (In A Jar)|
|Fat free spaghetti sauce||27 1⁄4 Ounce (Hunts Light, 1 Can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||8 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
Saute onions and garlic in the liquid Butter Buds or broth until onion is golden brown.
Add tomatoes and juice, basil, red pepper, mushrooms, and the can of spaghetti sauce.
Simmer about 15 minutes.
You can add ground turkey, seafood, or chicken to this sauce and serve over pasta.
