|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned italian style tomatoes||1 3⁄4 Pound (1 Pound 12 Ounce Can)|
|Frozen shrimp||1 Pound, shelled and deveined|
Saute garlic in oil until tender.
Add tomatoes and cook until sauce thickens and tomatoes break up, about 20 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook 5 more minutes.
