Pot Roast Marinade is a unique dish that is a meal in itself. You can serve this wonderful dish at home for a grand dinner. I made this for my husband for our anniversary dinner and he loved it! Try the Pot Roast Marinade for yourself!
|Soy sauce||5 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bourbon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Meat tenderizer||2 Teaspoon|
|Pot roast||5 Pound (1 Roast, 4 1/2 To 5 Pound)|
Mix ingredients for marinade.
Sprinkle tenderizer on pot roast; pierce with fork.
Put in pan with marinade for at least 4 hours, turning once.
Broil on charcoal grill 45 minutes or broil indoors in oven.
