Tangy Beef Marinade

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon, powdered
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly, shake vigorously.
Place desired cut of beef in a shallow dish; pour marinade over beef.
Cover and marinate 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning meat occasionally.
Baste meat with marinade during grilling.
