Sweet-And-Sour Marinade

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Place desired cut of lamb or beef in a shallow dish; pour marinade over meat.
Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Baste meat with marinade during grilling.
