Orange Soy Marinade
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
Place beef, pork, lamb, or chicken in a plastic bag set into a shallow dish.
For marinade, in a medium mixing bowl combine orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, ginger, and garlic.
Pour marinade over meat.
Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove beef, pork, lamb, or chicken from marinade and grill.
